We're heading into February full of excitement at all levels at PCSS Ski Jumping. Perhaps most notably, we'll be cheering on Josie Johnson and Paige Jones, two of our recent alumni at the 2026 Winter Olympics! The action kicks off on Day 1 of the Games with the women's normal hill individual. Our division is hosting a watch party from 9am - 12pm in the QCR - come on by and celebrate with us!

Although the dry winter has been a challenge for everyone, we're fortunate to have our facilities fully open, and the ski jumps have never been more popular. In addition to a growing club program, we've had athletes from PCSShredders, Get Out & Play, Learn 2 Fly and even alpine and freeski joining in on the fun on the ski jumps this winter.

At the beginning of the month, we brought over 20 athletes to Steamboat for their annual Larry Johnson Memorial and Junior National Qualifier (JNQ). This was one of the biggest groups we've seen travel in years and the excitement was high. In addition to a lot of far jumps and smiling faces, one of our highlights was sweeping the U12 Women's podium - a sign of the a strong generation to come!

This weekend we're hosting our annual Heckert Memorial and JNQ. Volunteer opportunities are still open and spectators are encouraged! Friday night action starts at 5pm on the HS68 (large hills area). In addition to jumping, we'll have Travelin' Tom's Coffee Truck serving up hot drinks. See the full event schedule.
