Youth Development
We are a community united by the mountains—training, competing, supporting one another, and always evolving. Through our programs, we strive to elevate both snowboarding and our teammates, leaving the sport and our community stronger.
What is Youth Development?
The Youth Development programs introduce kids to a variety of winter sports while building the fundamental skills to progress in any discipline. Designed as a fun, entry-level pathway, these programs help athletes gain balance, confidence, and all-around skiing ability—preparing them to transition into PCSS’s discipline-specific development teams.
Options range from a single weeknight at the UOP to multiple sessions each week. Families can select one program as a standalone experience or combine several for a “multi-sport” approach that gives athletes a broader foundation.
