Devo Ski Jumping
Ski Jumping Summer • 12-14 years

Program Details

Devo Ski Jumping is designed for returning and motivated Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined athletes who want to put in extra work during the off-season. Athletes will train consistently with Coach Stephen Schumann, alongside Casey Larson and the rest of the PCSS staff. Dryland sessions are fun and skills-based, while also playing an important role in long-term athletic development.

Dryland training takes place at the US Ski & Snowboard Center of Excellence and is held in conjunction with the Competitive Team’s technique sessions. This program pairs well with two or three days per week of Devo Cross Country training, as well as other sports such as mountain biking and soccer.

Devo Ski Jumping: the Next Step
This program is designed for second-year U12 and U14 athletes who are ready to take their ski jumping to the next level. Athletes benefit from additional gym training focused on technique and skill development, along with consistent jump training throughout the summer. Training begins in May with a weekly after-school technique session, then shifts to a three-day-per-week schedule for the summer. Attendance at camps is highly encouraged!
