Summer Training for Freestyle Athletes
Freestyle summer training at PCSS gives athletes multiple pathways to build strong fundamentals, sharpen air skills, and stay engaged year-round. From All Skills to All Skills Comp, Regional Team, and FIS Elite, athletes progress through structured water ramping, trampoline training, strength sessions, and dryland conditioning designed to support safe, confident development.
Training blocks focus on technique, air awareness, strength, and movement quality, with schedules tailored to each level—from flexible, session-based options to full-time programs with weekly progressions. Across all levels, Freestyle athletes experience purposeful training that builds confidence, consistency, and readiness for winter competition.

All Skills Team 7–12 years|||Freestyle All Skills introduces young athletes to foundational mogul skills through a fun, supportive off-season training environment. Summer sessions combine 1.5 hours of water ramping, 2 hours of trampoline, dynamic warm-ups, and movement-based agility work, helping athletes build air awareness, coordination, and confidence. Families may purchase 1–28 sessions, with a 10% discount automatically applied to 8 or more. All Skills Comp Team 10–12 years|||Freestyle All Skills Comp Team is designed for motivated young mogul athletes progressing into flips, off-axis spins, and entry-level competition. Athletes purchase 1–28 sessions, with a 10% discount automatically applied to 8 or more. Coach recommendation is required to ensure readiness for this advanced curriculum. Regional Teams 12+ years|||The Regional Team provides structured summer mogul training for athletes competing at the regional level or preparing to advance. Athletes choose between **Full Time** (up to five weekly water ramp sessions plus strength training) or **Part Time** (up to three weekly sessions). All training follows progression-based development focused on repetition, technique, and confidence. FIS Elite 14+ years|||The FIS Elite Team delivers the highest-level off-season training for serious mogul athletes preparing for national and international competition. These athlete-only sessions help riders develop strong fundamentals, explore new tricks, and maintain momentum heading into winter.
