Looking for Off-Snow Conditioning?
Our Masters Conditioning Program is an optional add-on for Nordic Masters athletes who want structured, year-round fitness support. Held at the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Center of Excellence, sessions focus on strength, conditioning, and recovery to complement on-snow training and optimize performance. Training is offered twice per week in three blocks: summer (June 9–Aug 28), fall (Sept 8–Nov 20), and winter (Dec 1–Mar 5). Athletes may join a single block or participate throughout the year for consistent progression.
