Program Details

Build a strong foundation with PCSS Strength & Conditioning, a program tailored for adult athletes. Training targets smart strength gains and better movement patterns while emphasizing injury prevention, balance, efficiency, speed, and power. Sessions blend individualized coaching, progressive programming, and functional exercises that translate to everyday life and sport.

In addition to world-class instruction, participants receive exclusive access to the U.S. Ski Team’s Center of Excellence (COE)—a state-of-the-art facility used by many of the best athletes in the world. Expect focused guidance, purposeful workouts, and measurable progress in a motivating, high-performance environment. Join us to move better, get stronger, and perform with confidence season after season—on and off snow, year-round.

US Ski & Snowboard Membership Required!
  1. Create or log in to your U.S. Ski & Snowboard (My USSA) account.
  2. Select desired sport (choose any)
  3. Select Volunteer membership
  4. Complete the online form and pay.
  5. Finish SafeSport training and background screening (NCSI).
  6. Activate & confirm your membership in your account (season runs July 1–June 30).
