Strength & Conditioning
Freeski & Freeride Summer • 13+ years

Program Details

The Strength & Conditioning program prepares Freeski and Freeride athletes to enter the winter season stronger, faster, and more resilient. Sessions are written by certified strength professionals and delivered by PCSS coaches with a focus on ski-specific strength, power development, stability, landing mechanics, core strength, balance, and injury-prevention patterns.

Athletes train in a structured environment that emphasizes consistency, proper technique, and accountability. This program is designed to support both Full Time and Part Time summer athletes as well as those seeking to improve general athleticism. Whether building foundational strength or refining advanced movement patterns, athletes gain the physical tools needed for confident on-snow performance.
