High Performance Training
Freeski & Freeride Summer • 14+ years
Program Details
The High Performance Freeski/Freeride Summer Program delivers a comprehensive training pathway that mirrors the structure and progression of winter programming. Athletes develop strength, air awareness, balance, and advanced technical skills through strength and conditioning, trampoline, inline skating, water ramping, and airbag sessions.
Training groups are staffed by PCSS coaches and supported by certified strength professionals to ensure each athlete receives individualized progression and season-long development. Families may choose between a Full Time or Part Time track, selecting either three or two ramp/airbag sessions per week while participating in the same strength and Woodward training curriculum. Designed for motivated athletes ages 14+, this program provides a well-rounded, high-volume training environment that prepares skiers for winter competition and long-term athletic growth.

Reserving Water Ramp & Airbag Sessions
Athletes must reserve their water ramp and airbag sessions in Playmetrics in advance, as sessions fill up quickly. Families should cancel any session at least 72 hours in advance for make-up eligibility. Because ramp and airbag scheduling differs, families should coordinate early with coaches to select consistent weekly training days.
