Competitive Summer Training • 14-18 years
Program Details
The Competitive Team provides a high-level, year-round training pathway for motivated Cross Country athletes ready to build the strength, endurance, and technique required for competitive racing. Offered in Annual, Summer, and Fall program options, Competitive Team training emphasizes classic and skate rollerskiing, running, speed work, agility, structured strength at the US Ski & Snowboard Center of Excellence, and dedicated over-distance sessions.
Athletes train 5–7 times per week in a positive, goal-driven environment supported by individualized seasonal goals. In addition to regular training, athletes may participate in optional training camps offered throughout the non-winter seasons, providing valuable opportunities for focused progression, new environments, and team building. The Comp Team prepares athletes for higher-level racing and long-term success.

Seasonal Options: Annual, Summer & Fall
The Competition Team offers Annual, Summer, and Fall
training options, giving athletes the flexibility to build a year-round program that fits their goals. A Post Graduate Summer option is available for graduating athletes who want to continue training three days per week. Athletes seeking additional weekly work can also join the Endurance Athlete Strength & Conditioning
program to further support strength and overall development.
