Program Details
PCSS offers advanced Nordic Combined programs for athletes ready to excel in both ski jumping and cross-country skiing. Athletes work with coaches to determine the right program level.
Level 3 includes 4–5 days of training per week and bridges the gap between small hills and full competition, with year-round training on HS42 and HS68 progressing to HS100. Training emphasizes ski jumping technique, cross-country conditioning, strength, and racing strategies, with regional and national competition opportunities.
Level 4 is our highest program, a full-time commitment with 5–6 days of training per week. Athletes train on HS68–HS134 jumps, focusing on advanced technique, endurance, and competition from local events to international stages.
