Mountain Biking
Youth Summer Camps • 8-12 years
Program Details
PCSS Mountain Biking introduces riders to Park City’s extensive trail network while building confidence, fitness, and technical skills. Campers ride a variety of terrain throughout the week, including XC routes in Round Valley and Bobs Basin, skill-focused sessions at Trailside Bike Park, and gravity-based riding at Woodward. Coaches guide athletes through safe progression—teaching body position, balance, cornering, braking, and trail awareness—while keeping groups appropriately matched for ability and comfort.
Families can choose the format that fits their summer: week-long camps>/b> that sample all riding styles over four consecutive days, or pick-your-day options where athletes train once, twice, or even three times per week for consistent development. Each day has a dedicated focus—XC, skills, or gravity—so parents can select the training rhythm and style that works best for their rider.
