Air Camp
Youth Summer Camps • 8-12 years
Program Details
Air Camp gives young athletes a full week of jumping, movement, and confidence-building experiences across the Utah Olympic Park. Campers rotate between Nordic jumping, trampoline sessions, and jumping into the Olympic training pool, learning air awareness step-by-step in a safe, structured environment. Each day includes dedicated trampoline time to develop body control and comfort in the air before progressing to different jumping elements.
The week also features the UOP ropes course, drop tower, and zip lines, adding variety and excitement while reinforcing balance, coordination, and decision-making. With a mix of structured instruction and high-energy activities, Air Camp offers a unique way for kids to explore aerial skills, gain confidence, and stay active through a range of Olympic-style experiences.

Small Groups, Big Progression
Air Camp runs with a very small weekly capacity, allowing coaches to tailor progression for each athlete during Nordic jumping, trampoline sessions, and water-ramp work. With fewer participants, campers get consistent feedback and steady skill development across multiple jumping environments, helping them build comfort and confidence throughout the week.
