High Performance Training
Snowboard Summer • 13+ years

Program Details

High Performance Training delivers a well-rounded summer development program for snowboard athletes ready to train in a structured, progression-focused environment. Riders train across airbag, trampoline, and strength sessions designed to reinforce strong movement patterns, improve air awareness, and build the physical foundation needed for winter. Airbag sessions begin with trampoline work to enhance aerial control, while strength training at the Center of Excellence supports power, durability, and injury prevention.

Athletes may choose Full Time or Part Time commitments based on their goals and availability—both options include priority airbag access and professionally designed strength programming. This program is intended for advanced riders ages 13+ with prior dry-slope or airbag experience and requires coach or director approval before registering.

Session Reservations & Cancellation Rules
Airbag sessions must be reserved in advance each week due to limited capacity. Athletes may only attend the sessions they have booked, and any cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the session to be eligible for a make-up. If weather or unexpected closures affect an airbag session, coaches will make every effort to move training to the water ramp or another available session, though make-ups cannot be guaranteed when scheduling conflicts arise.
