Program Details
The National Team is a full-time training program for riders committed to taking their snowboarding to the next level. Offered 3, 4, or 5 days a week, the program is designed for athletes on alternative or flexible school schedules and serves as a direct pathway to our Global Team. Training at Park City Mountain, riders refine foundational skills while advancing techniques in slopestyle, halfpipe, and boardercross.
Athletes should already demonstrate strong fundamentals, ride comfortably on black diamond terrain (on and off-piste), and be able to spin medium jumps and complete medium rail features. With season-long progression, goal setting, video review, and even social media development, this program is built for motivated riders ready to progress in both competitive and non-competitive arenas. Approval from the Program Director or Head Coach is required prior to registration.

September Dryland
(Ages 8+)
The September Fall Dryland program offers three days a week of fun, off-hill training to kick off the season. Athletes will rotate through skateboarding, trampoline sessions at Woodward Park City, and outdoor field days at City Park. These sessions are designed to build coordination, air awareness, agility, and body-weight strength while keeping athletes active and engaged before the snow falls.
October Dryland (Ages 13+)
Our October program shifts to four days a week with a more focused approach. Athletes train at Woodward Park City and the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Center of Excellence, splitting time between strength and conditioning sessions and trampoline training. This program helps athletes develop coordination, strength, and air awareness while preparing for the competitive season. A current USSA membership is required.
