Program Details

Small Hills ski jumipng introduces and progresses young athletes in a fun, supportive environment focused on foundational skills and all-around athletic development. Summer training takes place on the 10–20m hills and combines jumping with age-appropriate dryland that builds agility, balance, coordination, and general strength. Athletes progress at their own pace while learning safe technique, equipment management, and the basics of flight.

Each summer block includes one team building outing after a jump practice as well as an optional camp (see schedule below). Coaching emphasizes motor-skill development, confidence, and a positive feedback. This program offers the perfect starting point for athletes preparing to advance into the Devo and Competitive Team pathway.

Flexible Schedule Options
Athletes make their biggest progress when they train consistently, but summer's are busy and Park City offers a wealth of activities for kids to choose from. Choose one, two or all three of the summer blocks , to best suit your schedule and athlete needs. Each block includes two days per week of jumping alon with one optional camp - an opportunity for extra jumps, competition and experiences. When you register for all three summer block, you’ll automatically receive 15% off the total program cost, applied automatically during checkout—no code needed.

Weekly Schedule

Regular summer training sessions are Tuesday & Thursday 8 - 10:30am and consist of a warmup, training and a short post jumping activity such as mobility, a game or video review. Each summer block includes one team building outing outside of the park. See the camp schedule for optional training camps offered.
