Program Details

The FIS Elite Team Summer Training Program provides a comprehensive, full-time environment for mogul athletes preparing for the highest levels of competition. Athletes train five days per week from late May through early October, including four days of structured water ramping at the Utah Olympic Park, totaling more than 70 ramp sessions.

Training follows progression blocks designed to refine technique, increase degree of difficulty, and build consistency and confidence. In addition to ramping, athletes participate in trampoline training, strength development, and dryland conditioning twice weekly, supporting mobility, power, injury prevention, and aerobic capacity. This program emphasizes purposeful, long-term athlete development, ensuring that each skier advances with balanced loads, targeted feedback, and intentional progression.

Maximize Progress With On-Snow Camps
FIS Elite athletes can accelerate development by pairing summer ramp training with on-snow camps offered from May through November. PCSS provides access to top venues—including Mt. Hood, Snowbird, Hintertux Austria, Steamboat Springs, and Apex, British Columbia—where athletes apply new skills directly on snow and train in varied terrain. These camps strengthen confidence, reinforce progression, and help athletes build a seamless bridge between summer training and winter competition.
