Program Details
The Competition Team is built for highly motivated FIS-level athletes who are committed to pushing their skiing to the highest level. Athletes in this program compete at the Futures Tour, Rev Tour, and NorAm circuits, with opportunities for select Grand Prix and World Cup events. Coaching is focused on refining advanced technical skills, dialing in complex tricks, and developing strong competition strategies so athletes are prepared to succeed on both national and international stages.
Training takes place Monday through Friday mornings at Park City Mountain, with additional afternoon or evening sessions each week at Woodward Park City and the Utah Olympic Park. The schedule is designed for athletes enrolled in alternative high schools or college programs with flexible structures. A minimum commitment of 3 training days per week is required, with the option to train up to 5 days plus additional afternoon or evening sessions for those pursuing maximum progression.

Get Winter Ready with Fall Strength & Conditioning
Take your athlete’s preparation to the next level with our Fall Strength & Conditioning program, running twice a week from September through November. Led by PCSS strength coach Will Horstmann—who brings NCAA, U.S. Ski Team, and Stratton Mountain School experience—this program goes beyond the basics to build explosive power, balance, and ski-specific strength.
Sessions are 90 minutes, designed to be focused, effective, and fun, while teaching athletes proper movement patterns, knee stabilization, and injury prevention. With limited group sizes, athletes receive close attention and consistent feedback to help them develop strength and confidence that carries into competition season. This is the perfect option for skiers who want to show up on snow stronger, faster, and ready to perform at their best.
