Nordic Masters
Active for Life • 19+ years
Program Details
The Masters program is perfect for intermediate and experienced skiers who want to boost their fitness, refine their technique, and enjoy skiing with a fun, supportive group. Each 75–90 minute session focuses on a specific workout tailored to help participants progress toward their personal goals, whether that’s improving efficiency, building endurance, or simply feeling more confident on skis.
Coaches incorporate new skills on a variety of terrain so you can fully enjoy Park City’s beautiful trails. Practices are held on local public trails, making training both convenient and scenic. Participants can choose to start in November with dryland training to build strength and prepare for the season, or begin in January on snow with focused ski sessions.

Looking for Off-Snow Conditioning?
Our Masters Conditioning Program is an optional add-on for Nordic Masters athletes who want structured, year-round fitness support. Held at the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Center of Excellence, sessions focus on strength, conditioning, and recovery to complement on-snow training and optimize performance. Training is offered twice per week in three blocks: summer (June 9–Aug 28), fall (Sept 8–Nov 20), and winter (Dec 1–Mar 5). Athletes may join a single block or participate throughout the year for consistent progression.
