PCSS offers the following summer Youth Development programs:
This 2 days per week program is a great addition to your summer activity list. Come work on trick progressions and learn new skills on aggressive inline skates. Training will be at Woodward where you will learn tricks into the foam pit, work on landing the tricks on the resi landing, and work on rails/balance drills in the skatepark and pump track. Woodward membership/day tickets not included in program price. PCSS members do receive 20% off full Woodward memberships.
This 1 day per week program is a great introduction to the fun of aggressive in-line skating as well as its benefits as a cross-training tool for skiing. You will work on building aggressive in-line skills, basic inline tricks, and balance skills all while having a blast! Woodward membership/day tickets not included in program price. This program is focused on athletes getting into the sport of Freeskiing and those who have been in the sport looking to progress their skills. Each day of training includes a dynamic warm-up, 1.5 hours water ramp, 3 hours trampoline, and a lunch break. Training is purchased by the session/day, and you can purchase anywhere from 1 session up to 15 sessions (similar to the punch pass from the last few seasons). "punches" can only be used on certain days and you must select the days you want your athlete to come in registration before you can checkout. There will be a calendar in registration with the available training days you can select from.
This program is meant for athletes who have previous experience in a freestyle/freeride development program and are starting to turn their focus to competing, or have previous experience competing in sanctioned events. Athletes in the comp program should be beginning to take the sport more seriously and want to transition from recreational skiers to competitive skiers. This program is for athletes looking to qualify flips and off axis spins so they can take their skiing to the next level. Admittance to this program is by coaches recommendation only. Each training day will consist of two, one hour long trampoline sessions and two, 1.5 hour long ramp sessions. Training is purchased by the session/day, and you can purchase anywhere from 1 session up to 15 sessions (similar to the punch pass from the last few seasons). This 5-day camp is for skiers or snowboarders ages 8-15 looking for a week long camp experience where they can learn new tricks and progress their jumping skills all in the safety of the Utah Olympic Park's Olympic training pool. Each week of camp consists of 4 full days of water ramping and trampoline training with some of the best coaches Park City Ski and Snowboard has to offer. The camp also includes one “rest day” on Wednesdays where participants will get to experience all the rides, drop tower, zip lines and adventure courses at the Utah Olympic Park.

This 5-day camp is geared towards athletes age 8-12 who are looking for a multi-sport, week-long, summer camp to help progress their jumping and air awareness skills. The camp includes 2 days of jumping into the Olympic training pool at the Utah Olympic Park, 2 days of Nordic jumping and “air” incorporated activity day, the UOP ropes course, zip lines and drop tower. Each day will also include an hour long session on the trampolines to help gain confidence and become more comfortable while in the air.

Park City Ski and Snowboard offers private coaching ramp sessions (1:1 coach to participant ratio) with world class freestyle, freeride, and freeski coaches. Choose from a single session (3 hours of private instruction in the morning or afternoon) or up to 3 total sessions. In these one on one lessons you will try the trampolines, the mini ramp and possibly work up to our single ramp (with coach’s approval).
**If purchasing more than one session at a time, a $100 discount will be applied for each of your next two sessions. (For example, it will cost $560 per person for 2 sessions or $790 per person for 3 sessions.) Discount only applies if purchasing more than one session per person at a time!
