Join us for a week to help build your athletic skills in a fun and inclusive Nordic Environment. We will focus on the A, B, C’S of athletics during the morning as well as learn how to ski jump on or small Nordic jumps with our experienced coaches. Camper must have alpine boots and a helmet.

Want to test out Ski Jumping and build ski skills in a fun and dynamic environment? Small Hills – Level 1 is an entry-level program geared toward young skiers who are interested in learning basic ski jumping (ABC) skills on the HS10 meter jump and up. Skiers will not only ski jump but also work on general strength, agility, balance, flexibility and endurance, with emphasis on motor skill development. Fun off-site activities such as gymnastics, hockey, soccer, and hiking may also be included as health guidelines permit. Athletes may be split into developmentally appropriate groups.
This program is the bridge between the Youth level 1 and 2 programs and Development Level 3 program. This is for the athlete who is showing he or she is ready to step up to the Development program and is willing to commit more time to specific skill building and more intense strength, flexibility, fitness, cardio and on hill training. This program adds more to the Level 1 program by including the athlete into the Development program on specific physical training days and ski jumping/Nordic Combined sessions. This program will continue to enhance the athlete’s (ABC’S) Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed with emphasis on ski jumping and Nordic Combined.
The Development team signifies a commitment to year-round training. This program focus is a transition from learning to train to training to train with goals of measurable improvement in overall sport skills, strength, agility, flexibility, stamina, speed and coordination as well as sport specific skills. The athlete’s biological maturation dictates the level of specialization and the training intensity/load. This program will participate in divisional competitions and have an opportunity to travel nationally for junior age competitions.
This is the highest level of programming offered to Highschool to postgraduate athletes and athletes looking to maximize their athletic potential. Skiers jump the HS68 – HS134 meter jumps with emphasis on strength/power, ski jumping technique, and competition. Skiers compete locally, regionally, nationally and internationally with the mentality of training to compete and win. The program is available by invitation only. Summer schedule will be 6 days a week on a normal training week. There will be a few scheduled weeks off once FIS summer schedule is set.
This program is for athletes who wants to stay active in ski jumping but is not looking for a competitive daily environment and is able to jump the HS10 - HS134. This program includes minimal on-hill supervision. If you are looking to have fun at the legacy facility come on out and soar with us. Must have past ski jumping experience and own equipment.
This is the highest level of programming offered to USANS Junior National Team athletes. Athletes jump the HS68 – HS134 meter jumps with emphasis on strength/power, ski jumping and xc ski technique, dryland xc ski training (including roller skiing), and competition. Skiers compete locally, regionally, nationally and internationally with the mentality of training to compete and win. Summer schedule will be 6 days a week on a normal training week. There will be a few scheduled weeks off once FIS summer schedule is set. All USANS Junior National Team members all need to be a member of a club to be eligible for the USANS JNT.
