PCSS offers the following summer Moguls programs:
4-5 days per week of water ramping (approximately 60+ sessions/summer). Schedule will be structured in blocks throughout the summer. Weekday training will take place between 3:30 and 6:00pm. Weekend Training will take place between 10:00am and 1:30pm. Please contact the PCSS Mogul Team for a detailed schedule.
3 days per week of water ramping (athlete's choice, based on availability). Tuesday/Thursday training sessions include 45 minutes of trampoline directly preceding each 1.5 hour water ramp session. Saturdays and Sundays will have an hour of trampoline. Schedule will be structured in blocks throughout the summer. Weekday training will take place between 3:30 and 6:00pm. Weekend Training will take place between 10:00am and 1:30pm. Please contact the PCSS Mogul Team for a detailed schedule.
Each session will include 3 weeks of 3 days per week of water ramping (9 days/session). Each training day includes 1 hr of trampoline preceding each 1.5 hr ramp session, and finishing with an hour of activity/dryland. Intended for our younger athletes (ages 10+) looking to advance their acrobatic skills and improve competitive performance.
Need a flexible schedule? Purchase water ramping punch cards in increments of 1, 3, 5, and 10 days. Drop In on any available on any 1.5 hour water ramp session - most include trampoline time as well.
